Account and billing

We use your email and account information to sign you in, provide access and support, and send essential account and billing messages. Supabase provides account and data storage, Stripe handles payment information, Resend delivers emails, and Vercel hosts the website. Tube Brew does not store your full payment-card number.

Your projects

Editing, local transcription and rendering run on your computer. When you enable cloud sync, the selected project and its required files are uploaded to your account. Settings, skills and saved editing references can also be stored in your account to make them available on other computers. Avoid putting credentials in a skill file you do not want synced.

Optional AI

When you use AI features or desktop editing connections, selected text, prompts, preview images or other requested project information may be shared with your chosen provider. That provider processes information under its own policies. Local transcription does not silently switch to an online transcription service.

Cookies and service records

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. Our hosting, authentication, email and payment providers maintain operational and security records to run these services. Information is used to provide the product, troubleshoot problems and protect accounts.

Your choices

You can disconnect AI access, turn off project sync and delete projects or saved references using the app. Turning project sync off queues removal of that project’s cloud copy; if offline, removal resumes when connected. Local files remain. Contact support@tubebrew.com to request access to or deletion of account data. Some transaction or security records may need to be retained for legal or fraud-prevention purposes. Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate.
